1) How do you deliver?

Answer: All orders will have to be self-collected at Far East Plaza #05-102 from 12-8pm on Mon-Sat,

whereas on Sunday, collection time will be from 12pm-6pm. Do call us at 67344153 before you come

to collect. For those who have chosen to have your products delivered straight to your doorstep,

there will be an extra charge of $10 and the product will be sent to you on Mon-Fri between 11am-

5pm.



2) Do we provide designing services or artwork?

Answer: We do not provide them. Cropping of background is not provided too. However, simple

arrangement of photos and adding of texts will be given to you free-of-charge.



3) How long is it needed to complete the personalized gift?

Answer: From the confirmation of the product or those that have uploaded a confirmed artwork

design, the finished product can be collected within 3-5 working days. We will inform you if your

product is ready to be collected at our store through email or phone. Delivery orders will reach

you after 5-7 working days upon confirmation of artwork. For the time frame of completion of bulk

4) What if I need the product urgently?

Answer: We are the one and only store in town that provides express (instant) printing services. Just

come to our store at Far East Plaza, #05-102 and bring along your photos or design in a thumbdrive

or you can use your photos from your mobile phone and Bluetooth or email us there. It will be

ready within half-an-hour. An express service charge ranging from $5-$10 will be given depend on

the product you want to customize. However, A1 and A2 sized puzzles are not available for instant

printing.



5) What are the payment modes available?

Answer: We accept PayPal, internet banking or ATM Transfer to POSB Savings. For PayPal payments,

kindly send it to [email protected] . For internet banking or ATM Transfer to POSB

Savings, kindly send it to 107-43121-7. This will be auto-generated during the

checking-out process.



6) What is the resolution and file type for uploading the photos?

Answer: It should be good as long it is 300dpi and 1MB in file size. Please send me only in JPEG or

PSD File format for better quality printing.



7) Are we able to get a refund for photos that are blur , a difference in colour when printed or

designs that we satisfied with?

Answer: We do not have a refund policy. All photos uploaded will be printed onto the products

using the heat-transfer sublimation process. The quality of the photo on the printed product will be

approximately 70%-80% of the original photo. Any confirmation by customers will be final and no

changes to the design will be allowed after that. Do check that all spellings are correct and that you

have uploaded the correct photos before checking out.



8) Will there be a discount for bulk/corporate orders?

9) Do you provide silkscreen or other types of printing?

Answer: Yes we do, kindly call us at 67344153/97221225 and let us know your requirements, and we

will assist you in choosing the right printing for your product(s).
